Matthew Chase is a Vice President and producing Mortgage Originator for Divita Home Finance. In 1999, Matthew began his mortgage career as a copy boy for Fieldstone Mortgage. Two years later, he was one of the company’s head underwriters. Being a people person, Matt transitioned to the role of Wholesale Account Executive helping hundreds of Mortgage Brokers close high quality loans. The extensive mortgage experience led Matthew to 17 years as a Mortgage Banker, specializing in first time home buying. He joined Divita Home Finance in 2015 and quickly became one of the company’s top producers. Over the last 2 decades, Matthew has been involved in thousands of mortgage transactions and his passion for helping clients achieve the American dream of home ownership. Matthew has funded over $100 million in high quality loans. Matthew was born and raised in the city of Huntington Beach CA with his wife Alex and 2 children Madison and Abigail.
