Our Promise

We Will Close Your Deals on Time and Keep Your Clients Coming Back

Anyone can promise good service and high closing rates but few are willing to stand behind their word. We make a simple promise to you to close your deals on time and do everything we can to keep your clients happy. If we fail to do so, through any fault of our own, we will write both you and the client a check for $500(see details below).

We know the work that we do will reflect back on you. So we will even go one step further by spelling out exactly what you should expect from us- because this is what we expect from ourselves.

  1. Communication is our obligation, not yours. We will clearly outline the steps we are taking to close your loan and both you and the client will receive a phone call at the beginning and end of every stage of the process. You will always know the status of your loan as well as next steps.
  2. When you have questions we will be available to answer them. We will return any call from either you or the client within 60 minutes between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday through Friday, and within 12 hours, between the hours of 9pm and 8am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
  3. When you turn over a client they will be fully briefed in writing and via phone as to what we expect from them and what they can expect from us. There will be no surprises.
  4. Any client you send to us will be pre-qualified within 24 hours after making themselves available for the process.
  5. If we see any potential issues funding the loan, you will be made aware of our concerns immediately and will be briefed on the plan we put in place to mitigate any difficult situations.
  6. We will always ask for every document we need up front so that your client is never asked to spend additional time running down documentation that we neglected to ask for in the first place.
  7. Your client will have access to the best mortgage education available online today. All for free. We will do everything in our power to help them make informed, confident buying decisions that they feel really good about.
  8. Experience makes a difference. Our tax return experts will review returns and instantly asses any issues that could be picked up by the underwriter. In extremely difficult cases we will even pull in an underwriter so that we are certain we get the numbers right.
  9. We keep all of your client’s important personal documents safe and never use unsecure methods to transfer documents. The fact is, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau mandates that all documents be transmitted in a safe and secure fashion. We provide you and the client with access to a private password protected portal where you can rest assured that your information is safe, secure, and accessible at any time by you or the client.
  10. And remember – we know that none of this matters if we can’t close deals. We will close your deals on time and keep your clients happy or we will be writing the checks we talked about in the beginning of this document.

Every situation is different and there are often circumstances out of the mortgage broker’s control.  These situations include but are not limited to, delays caused by a clients failure to act or respond as necessary, a lender’s failure to process documents or render a timely decision, an agents failure to respond to requests in a timely manner, or any naturally occurring acts that cause delays of any kind. All cases will be reviewed independently and payment of guarantee is at the sole discretion of DiVita Home Finance, Inc.
